At Thai Niyom Cuisine, our story begins at home, with the flavors of our mother's cooking. Many of our dishes are rooted in her recipes and the tastes we grew up with. We make our curry pastes in-house, pounding them by hand, and we cook with patience: careful ingredient selection, thoughtful preparation, and a balance of flavor and texture guided by both instinct and years of experience.
Over time, that home cooking grew into a journey across Thailand. From the bold heat of Southern curries to fragrant grilled hor mok from the East, rich Northern khao soi, and herb-driven stir-fries from the West, we bring regional Thai food to the heart of Bangkok, celebrating iconic favorites and local specialties that tell the story of each place, one dish at a time.
